Publish member announcements shown in the user panel (not full-site popups)—for rule changes, maintenance notices, and campaigns.
How to Access
Top bar Operations → Site announcements, or visit /admin/announcements.

Members reach the list from Dashboard shortcuts or sidebar entries (per theme).
Site announcements — edit — multilingual body and validity period
Common Tasks
- PPD rule change notice: New announcement → effective date and changes → set validity → publish.
- Maintenance notice: Pin + short validity → unpublish or edit to “completed” after maintenance.
- vs site messages: Announcements persist in a list; urgent per-user notices use Site Messages.
