Site Settings
Central configuration for site name, homepage copy, logo, language and theme, share mirror domains, outbound email, download signing, and referral / PPD promotion—core operational parameters.
How to Access
Top bar Basics & Display → Site settings, or visit /admin/settings. Use in-page anchors for direct jumps (e.g. #basic-settings).

Page Sections
Basic Information (#basic-settings)

Changes take effect on the public homepage and shared pages immediately after save (some cached pages may need a refresh).

Logo & Icons (#site-logo)
Configure the site logo as text or image (local upload / URL), plus favicon. See Appearance & Branding.
Language & Theme (#locale-template)

Share Mirror Domains (#share-mirror-domains)
Configure alternate domains for share links—useful for traffic splitting or domain / filing changes. One domain per line; newly generated share links can use the selected domain after save.
SMTP Mail (#smtp-mail)
Configure the outbound mail server for registration verification, password recovery, email code login, etc. Fill in host, port, account, password / app password, and sender address. After saving, send a test with Email Templates.
Note: Email verification features will not work until SMTP is configured correctly.

Download Signing Secret (#download-secret)
Secret key for HMAC signing of download links. Rotating the key invalidates existing share links—do this during low traffic and notify members in advance.
Referral & PPD Promotion (#referral-ppd-invite)
Configure signup referral rewards, PPD referral commission rates, and whether the public site shows the referral entry. Works with the member Refer a Friend page.

Common Tasks
- Change site name: Basic information → edit site title → save.
- Enable multiple languages: Language & theme → select available languages → save; maintain copy per language pack or via multilingual tabs on this page.
- Enable email code login: Complete SMTP first → enable the switch in Identity & Login → verify templates in Email Templates.
