Common Tasks
- Member reports account compromise: Search by username for recent IPs and devices → compare with member’s usual region → if needed, kick sessions in Sessions & Online and reset password.
- Credential stuffing: Filter failed logins → many failures from one IP → consider Interaction Gate or IP block (if firewall policy exists).
- Cross-check admin logs: Confirm no admin mistakenly changed account status.
