Browse and manage all user files from an admin view: search, preview metadata, move, delete, disable sharing, etc.
How to Access
Top bar Content → Site files, or visit /admin/files.

File Actions

| Delete / move to trash | Violation or infringement handling |
| Disable sharing | Keep file but turn off public share |
| Go to user | Open User Management |
Common Tasks
- Handle infringement complaint: Confirm in File Reports → locate file here → delete or disable share → reply to report.
- Free storage: Filter large files / long idle → contact user or clean per policy.
- Help member recover: Search username → check trash tab for accidental deletion (if restore supported).
