FTP Upload Config
Configure the Upload Agent / FTP ingest channel so members can batch-upload files via FTP clients or the desktop Agent.

Top bar File Transfer → FTP upload config, or visit /admin/upload-agent.

Common Tasks
- First-time enable: Turn on → set port and key → save → use a test account on FTP Upload to get connection info and try an upload.
- Member cannot see menu: Confirm this page is enabled and Upload & Download storage is healthy.
- Connection refused: Check firewall, Agent process, and port conflicts.
