FTP Upload
Use an FTP client to upload large files to a staging area, then select files in the panel and submit them to cloud storage and your file library.
How to Get There
Sidebar Files & Sharing → FTP Upload (/user/files/ftp). If the menu is hidden, the site owner has not enabled this feature.
Workflow
- On this page, enable or view your FTP account and connection details.
- Connect with an FTP client such as FileZilla and upload files to the staging area.
- Return to this page, open the Uploaded tab, select files, choose a target folder, and Submit to library.
- After a successful import, view files in My Files.

Note: Files in the "Uploading" list can only have their records deleted. To resume, continue transferring the same file name in your FTP client; when complete, the file moves to "Uploaded".
