Withdraw Methods

Configure withdrawal payout methods members can use (Alipay, WeChat, bank card, PayPal, etc.) including field requirements, limits, and toggles.

How to Access

Top bar Finance → Withdraw methods, or visit /admin/withdraw-methods.

Method List

One record per withdrawal method:

Field Description
Method code Internal ID, e.g. alipay, paypal
Display name Name shown on member Wallet & Withdrawals
Enabled When off, members cannot select it
Applicable market China / international / universal
Min / max per request Combined with site-wide withdrawal rules
Extra fields e.g. real name, bank name—JSON config

Withdraw methods — list — enable toggles and limits per method

Edit Method

Configure icon, sort order, multilingual account field hints, fee bearer, etc. (per form).

Common Tasks

  1. Enable Alipay (China site): Add or edit alipay → enable → set minimum → save → method should appear on member wallet page.
  2. Enable PayPal (international): Ensure Market Settings is intl → enable PayPal → members enter PayPal email.
  3. Temporarily disable withdrawals: Use site-wide withdrawal toggle on Withdrawal Review if available, or disable all methods; members see “withdrawals closed by site owner”.
