Ticket Detail
Continue a conversation with support on a single ticket and add information. Closed tickets cannot be replied to.
How to Get There
On Tickets, click View on a ticket, or go to /user/ticket?id={ticket_id}.
Conversation History
Messages between you and support are shown in chronological order.

Reply to a Ticket
- Enter your follow-up in the Reply box.
- Click Send or Reply to ticket.
Back to List
Click Back to list to return to Tickets.
Closed Tickets
If the page shows "This ticket is closed and cannot be replied to", create a new ticket from the ticket list to describe your issue.
