Single-File Actions

Each row's action menu typically includes:

  • Open visitor share page (requires PPD / sharing enabled)
  • PPD share — enable billable share page
  • Share link — copy forum BBCode / HTML / plain URL; when allowed, also copy a VIP rebate link (with promo params)
  • Rename, move, delete
  1. Enable PPD share so /s/… exists.
  2. Open Share link, copy the format you need for downloads.
  3. When available, copy the VIP rebate link (success toast usually: “VIP invite link copied (includes rebate params)”).
  4. Tell customers: open your download page → tap Get VIP (invite reward from this page) → pay; or open the VIP rebate link directly.

If the UI says VIP rebate links are unavailable, still send the share page and guide the on-page Get VIP button. Full messaging: Guide Customers to Rebate-Eligible VIP.
