How to Guide Customers into Rebate-Eligible VIP Purchases

In one sentence: Earning share-page VIP rebates is not about asking customers to tick “allow rebate.” It is about getting them to enter VIP from your share page or VIP promo link and complete payment. The storefront has no allow-rebate checkbox; upline payout is configured by the site owner.

Who this is for

Three concepts first

1. What is a rebate-eligible purchase?

All of the following:

1. Customer enters VIP from your entry (share-page button or VIP promo link);
2. Pays for a VIP plan successfully;
3. That plan has Join referral rebate enabled in admin (hidden on the storefront).

2. Does the customer click “allow rebate”?

No. There is no such checkbox. Your job is messaging the correct entry.

3. Who sets “Join referral rebate”?

The site owner per plan in /admin/vip. Off = buying that plan pays no upline; you can still promote other rebate-enabled plans via your own links.

Method A: Share page (most common)

1. My Files → enable PPD share → copy Share link.
2. Tell the customer to open that page → tap Get VIP (invite reward from this page) → pay.
3. Verify under Platform Rebates.

Sample message:

Open the download link I sent. For speed, tap Get VIP on that page, then pay. Don’t open the site homepage and buy VIP elsewhere.

Method B: VIP promo link

1. Copy VIP rebate link when available (toast like “VIP invite link copied (includes rebate params)”).
2. Send it in chat.
3. If unavailable, use Method A or contact support.

Success: a matching credit appears under Rebates after the customer pays.

Paid but no rebate

Wrong entry · last-click overwritten · self-purchase · bare /vip without params · plan Join referral rebate off · cleared cookies — resend your link and/or ticket with order number via Tickets.
